Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Athena's Fashion Boutique will accept returns, but it is for exchange or STORE CREDIT ONLY. No refunds will be issued.
Items that are marked Clearance or Final Sale, may not be returned or exchanged.
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Items must be unwashed, unworn with all tags still attached to the item. If items are returned showing signs of wear, makeup or other stains, strong smells such as smoke or perfume, or excessive pet hair, your item will NOT BE ACCEPTED for an exchange or store credit. If items are not accepted items will be returned to customer at their expense.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS: Clearance or Final Sale, Jewelry, swimwear, intimates like bras, socks, camis, masks and hats.
If you receive any items that are damaged, please send an email to email@example.com or call 317-432-2888 within 5 days. We do our best to inspect each item for damage before shipping, but things could be missed or happen during shipping so please contact right away.
If you live in the United States we ship FREE!
We try and ship out as quickly as possible and will provide tracking information. Sometimes we are able to ship out same day, but in most instances shipping will occur next business day.
***If tracking information states package was delivered and you have not received the package, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Athena's Fashion Boutique DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED***
